How much do the leads cost?
1–2 £7 + VAT, 3–9 £37 + VAT, 10–20 £59 + VAT, 21–99 £78 + VAT, 100–249 £102 + VAT, 250+ £102 + VAT. Every price is per lead and excludes VAT, and you are only charged when a lead is delivered to you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
By bank transfer or card, with Direct Debit coming soon. The minimum deposit is £100 + VAT, which goes onto your balance to spend on leads.
How do you ensure lead quality?
We personally call and verify every single enquiry before it reaches you. Every enquiry comes from someone who filled out our form themselves, with their name, postcode and the work they need - we never buy in lists or recycle old data. Each enquiry goes to a maximum of three suppliers. If you ever get one that is a duplicate or outside your area, just flag it in your portal within 7 days and we will credit it straight back to your order.
How many leads will I receive?
As many or as few as you want. Every partner has a maximum number of leads a day, and once you hit it we stop sending until the next morning, so a busy spell can never run away with your budget. We start most partners at five a day. Tell us the number that suits you and just say the word whenever you want it changed.
Can I choose when I receive leads, and what type?
Yes. You choose which days of the week you want leads and the hours on each of those days, so nothing lands while you are on a job, at the weekend or late in the evening. You also pick which job types you want: 1–2, 3–9, 10–20, 21–99, 100–249 and 250+. Anything outside what you have chosen is simply not sent to you, so you are never charged for a lead you did not want.
Are the leads exclusive?
Each enquiry is shared with up to three suppliers, so you're only ever up against a small, serious shortlist - never the whole market.
How quickly will I receive leads?
Once you're set up and funded, matched leads arrive in real time - usually within seconds of a business submitting their details.
Can you send leads straight to our CRM?
Yes. As well as instant email and SMS alerts, we can deliver matched leads directly into your CRM or sales system, so every enquiry drops into your existing workflow automatically with full contact details. We'll set this up with you when you go live.
Is there a contract or minimum spend?
There's a short partner agreement covering how leads, pricing and credits work, but no minimum term, no subscription and no notice period. You buy leads by placing an order, from £100 + VAT, and we deliver against it until it runs out. Nothing renews on its own, so you order again only when you want more.
